What does the warranty cover?
All tiers are extended warranties that add on top of the standard warranty included with your purchase. Each tier covers manufacturing defects, workmanship defects, and electrical or woodstove heater issues for its full term: 3, 5, or 7 years. Annual sauna inspections are included in every tier.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at claims@nomadwellness.ca with a receipt of your purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We respond to all warranty inquiries within 24 hours.
Are there travel charges for on-site service?
On-site visits within a 250km radius are included at no additional cost. For locations beyond 250km, a $300 upfront travel fee applies, plus $1 per km per visit. We'll always confirm any surcharge with you before scheduling.
Which models does the warranty apply to?
All warranty tiers apply to every Solace model. The tier you receive is determined at time of purchase and noted in your order confirmation.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my sauna?
Yes. All Nomad Wellness warranties are transferable to new owners within the original warranty period. Contact us to update the registration.
